Our History

Madonna Model Academy was established on 13th September, 2004 at 136 Osusu Road, 2nd floor with only three students in SS1 gradually, the number of students increased, that lead to the extension of the school to 28 Umule road in 2006. Due to the hand work of God and the wonderful and dedicated teachers and management of the school, established a Nursery and Primary school on September 11th 2006 and extended the secondary school to No.2 Ohiagu street off No.11 Umule and 160 Faulks Road Aba. The school was approved to write both junior and senior WAEC and NECO on 20th December 2009 which the school took a second position in Abia State at large. The result school has been speaking for the school till date. Most of Madona students do not stay at home after their SS3 WAEC. They normally gain admission into the Universities of their choices on merit; parents can bear witness of this. SCHOOL CURRICULUM: The school curriculum is broadly based in scope and in line with the Federal Government’s 6-3-3-4 system of education. Not only has care been taken to the various courses in tertiary institutions. In addition to this, students are taught to be computer literate after the first three years the students take the Junior School Certificate Examination. At the sixth year, they take the Senior School Examinations. JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL: The junior secondary school is both pre-vocational and Academic.
